After 25 years of production, the legendary Audi TT is now history

During its entire life, 662,762 copies were assembled.

We knew his end was near and today it is a reality. The last Audi TT has left the production lines and thus entered the history of the automotive world. Specifically, on November 10, the last copy of the sports car was manufactured in Györ, Hungary.

In total, there have been three generations of a model that has always had a large number of fans. During its 25-year history – it debuted on February 10, 1998 – have been manufactured 662,762 units. Of course, it is always possible to obtain a new unit since there is stock.

The latest unit manufactured is an Audi TTS in Chronos Gray Metallic with matte Dark Chrome details. It is equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder TFSI engine that increases its power to 320 horsepower.

Audi announced the end of production of the TT via Instagram, a social network where many fans of the car expressed their frustration with the forced farewell.
