German influencer Riccardo Simonetti (30) got engaged. After three years of dating, he takes the next step in his relationship with his partner Stephen. He announced this on Instagram on Tuesday (November 21).

“I’ve been thinking for a long time about whether and how to tell you this, but I just don’t have the right words,” he wrote in English, and then succinctly added: “So here we go: we are engaged.” He also added the hashtag #lovewins” (German: “love wins”).

In his post, the Bad Reichenhalle native showed three photos showing his wedding ring and a room decorated with red heart-shaped balloons and lots of candles. The photos also show the newlyweds. Simonetti then raises his hand with the wedding ring and his eyes fill with tears of joy.

Simonetti has been in a relationship since 2020.

In early 2021, Simonetti revealed that he was in a relationship with a photo of a kiss. Accordingly, he got together with his boyfriend in 2020. He publicly confessed his love for the photo of the kiss: “I love the man in this photo with all my heart and I don’t want to keep it to myself.” The couple met at the gym and both live together in Berlin.
