The prequel starring Anya Taylor Joy will feature vehicular destruction, post-apocalyptic despair, and everything else one would expect from a story that will feature the origin of Imperator Furiosa.
By specifying that the story takes place 45 years after the collapse of humanity, and always keeping in mind that it doesn’t make much sense to try to review a timeline of the saga of Mad Max the first trailer for Furiosa clearly indicates that its proposal will be as explosive as the one praised Fury Road from 2015.
Directed again by George Miller, who directed all the Mad Max films, this new opus will focus on Furiosa played by Anya Taylor Joy who will succeed Charlize Theron to tell the origin story of the character destined to begin the escape that will end the days of Immortan Joe.
In the case of this prequel, the story will be marked by the conflicts of the warlords who have taken over the post-apocalyptic wasteland, including Dementus, a character played by Chris Hemsworth and who will apparently have a direct conflict with Immortan Joe.
And along the way, there will obviously be the whole George Miller vehicle destruction epic that has no equivalent.

Furiosa will be released in theaters on May 24 in the United States. A day before, it should arrive in Chile, although at the moment this is not confirmed.
