Does the Loki season 2 premiere have a post-credits scene?

This Thursday (5), the first episode of the second season of Lokiand many fans are wondering if there is a post-credits scene.

A Marvel Studios is known for its post-credits scenes to get fans excited about what will happen in the next movie or episode of the series.

And yes, the first episode of the second season of Loki features a post-credits scene featuring Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino).

What happens in episode 1 of Loki season 2?

In the first episode of the second season of Lokithe protagonist warns the AVT of a great multiversal war coming after Sylvie kills the One Who Remains (Jonathan Majors).

However, the AVT superiors do not seem to believe Loki’s story and remain determined to find Sylvie.

Another critical moment comes when the new character Ouroboros (Ke Huy Quan) discovers that the AVT is nearing its end, as the Time Frame is overloaded due to a huge amount of timelines appearing continuously.

At the same time, Mobius (Owen Wilson) helps Loki solve his time slippage problem, which causes the god of evil to randomly travel between the past and present.

In one of these time slips, Loki meets Sylvie again in a desperate moment. Upon returning to the present, he tells Mobius that he is determined to find her.

What happens in the post-credits scene of Loki season 2, episode 1?

In the post-credits scene, Sylvie appears in Broxton, Oklahoma, in the year 1982, in one of several branches of the timeline.

He then enters a McDonald’s in search of food. When the waiter asks her what she would like to order and points out some options, she says she wants to eat it all.

Then Sylvie turns and sees several customers eating and enjoying themselves, and this seems to sadden her. This could be related to the fact that the character has never had fun in her life nor has she shared anything with anyone.

The scene also teases the character’s future, where the trailer shows that she ends up working as a waitress at a fast food chain.

Second CBA fun fact is that Broxton, Oklahoma is a familiar location for Marvel fans, as it is the small Oklahoma town near where Thor recreated the city of Asgard.

The location is also an Easter egg for the second season of the series. Agent Carter, Broxton, Oklahoma is briefly visited in 1920.

The location is described in the episode Smoke and mirrors and is the site of Bud Schultz’s house. The episode explores the backstory of Whitney Frost, aka Agnes Cully, who grew up in Broxton.
