FAILURE? New Daredevil fails the Disney test, becomes the target of CHANGE and the actor lets off steam

Problems in Marvel’s Paradise? The series Daredevil: Born Again, Daredevil’s new adventure will go through something of a fine-toothed comb. The review usually highlights problems and shows that a production may not work.

The magazine broke the news Variety and then the actor Vincenzo D’Onofrio commented on the fact. The veteran who plays Wilson Fisk, known in the comics as Kingpin, wrote on the social network X/Twitter that edits are common on television, as movie studios want to offer audiences the best material possible.

“Every interesting project I’ve been involved in has constantly evolved throughout pre-production, production and post. These days we talk about it as if it were big news. It is not. They’re just a bunch of creatives trying their best to get it right. It’s a constant in this business. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Frankly, I would be concerned if we settled for less.”

“I’m really excited about Daredevil: Born Again. An incredible cast and crew. I just finished a big scene yesterday and it was so intense and wonderful to work with two of the other cast members. Oh. We all have a lot to look forward to. I want say it, too.”

Daredevil: Born Again it should have 18 episodes. Just before the writers’ strike, just under half of these episodes had been shot. Now that these episodes are being reviewed (i.e. watched, with scripts rewritten and with future reshoots) little of the original content will remain.

Steven DeKnightthe executive producer of demolition Manfrom the Netflixhe also commented on the change of writers for the series Born againwhich will debut on Disney+.

“Steven DeKnight is truly saddened to hear this news. Despite my feelings of corporate shenanigans, I was really excited to see what the new creative team was coming up with. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this decision. Tomorrow is a better day.”

Previously, DeKnight had criticized the Disney to restart the demolition Man and using the old tactic of changing the name of the project to avoid paying any royalties on the work.

“It’s an old Disney scam where they slightly rename a series to reinstate the terms of the contract for the first season. (This) must be addressed by all unions and crushed,” DeKnight wrote on X/Twitter.

“From what I understand, I won’t see a cent of it Daredevil: Born Again because they added ‘Born Again’ in the title and can say it’s a completely different show,” he explained. “However, with exactly the same two lead actors (who I love!) playing Daredevil and Fisk.”
