“It didn’t help much…”: Arturo Vidal’s response after trolling for alleged “mufa” to Ecuador

The “King” responded to questions about his support for “La Tri”.

In the group stage of the Qatar 2022 World Cup, the one who watches the matches, especially where the South Americans are the protagonists, is Arturo Vidal.

“King” was felt on social networks in the middle of the matches, although there was a particular comment that caught the attention, and was directly related to Ecuador.

Vidal, in one of the rivalries of the aforementioned team, gave them his support on social networks, an issue described as “mufa” by some, and as “against mufa” by others. This, after the Ecuadorian’s early elimination from the baseball tournament.

“Everyone swears in wadding that Arturo Vidal supports Ecuador, when in reality he is doing the great MUFA MAXIMA”, “Don Arturo Vidal’s mufaldi in Ecuador” and “Arturo Vidal’s mufa again has swept everything and left the departure to Ecuador”, are just some of the comments that can be read on the web.

However, now Vidal himself has come out in the comments and made it clear from the start that his support is sincere.

Vidal’s wholehearted support

“I supported Ecuador, but it didn’t help much,” laughed the “King” during an activity he participated in at the Monumental stadium.

And in the same line, he added: “I have a lot of love and respect for South Americans.”

On the other hand, he also loaned a shirt to his friend and teammate at Flamengo, Giorgian De Arrascaeta, who was a figure in Uruguay’s victory against a winner, but it did little to help them advance to the round of 16.

In fact, Vidal regretted that his participation was minimal in the first two games for the Uruguayan team.

“I am very happy that he scored two goals. Uruguay needed him, I don’t know why he doesn’t start. He showed that he has to play”, concluded the Chilean midfielder.
