According to the National Traffic Secretariat (Senatran), the deadline ends in Decemberand the driver who does not perform it and/or present the positive result will be destined for penalties proposed by local laws. Understand better!

The deadline for carrying out the toxicological test is coming to an end

All drivers who have a driver’s license in categories W, D It is AND must necessarily carry out the toxicological examination to ensure that there is no any irregularity in the individual’s way of driving.

According to the National Traffic Secretariatin this year 2023, the deadline maximum goes until the day December 38th. If the exam is not carried out by the scheduled date, the driver will be subject to the application of due penaltieswhich, by the way, include:
