Chile gets 9th place among the 50 best restaurants in Latin America 2023

300 experts chose a Chilean restaurant to be part of the continent’s top 10. Additionally, six other sites across the country were recognized among the top 100.

More than 300 Latin American restaurant industry experts agreed that Chile has a gastronomy which is worth trying. This was demonstrated when They placed the Boragó national restaurant in the top 10 of the ranking of the best restaurants on the continent.

Leader Rodolfo Guzman -which was recently named best in Latin America in The best cook a prestigious competition on a global scale, is the founder of the award-winning Chilean restaurant and, together with his wife, was recognized at the event which took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The prize awarded by the The 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America 2023 rewards “the diversity and richness of the continent’s culinary panorama”.
