By the end of 2023, the Russian Ministry of Defense will receive a batch of the first domestic naval drones to test them in the special operation zone. Managing Director of the KMZ holding Mikhail Danilenko told RIA Novosti.
“The Ministry of Defense has already agreed on the delivery of the first 10 units, which we must send by the end of this year. This will be the first pilot batch to be tested in the Northwestern Military District zone“, – told developer representative.
In September, Danilenko reported on negotiations with the Ministry of Defense on the purchase of unmanned boats based on the Vizir-type platform.
Previously, it was also reported about the plans of Russian gunsmiths to make the 2S25M anti-tank gun unmanned.
