The Palestinian Hamas movement has released all the women and children it held hostage in the Gaza Strip. This was stated by the deputy head of the Politburo, Saleh al-Auri.

“Israel insists there are still women and children captive and we said we have released them all.” – he told the TV channel Al Jazeera.

He clarified that soldiers and civilians who previously served in the army are still captured in the Gaza Strip. We are also talking about older men who can still fight.

Also, Saleh al-Auri noted, the official position of Hamas provides for the refusal to exchange prisoners until a ceasefire and the release of Palestinians from Israeli custody are ensured.
