Peskov explained the search for Estonian officials by their hostile actions towards the Russian Federation
Representatives of the Estonian side, put on the wanted list by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, are responsible for decisions that are an outrage against historical memory. In addition, they act hostile towards Russia. This statement was made in a conversation with reporters by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
During a conversation with the press, Peskov was asked about the reasons for the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs putting the Prime Minister and Secretary of State of Estonia, as well as the Minister of Culture of Lithuania, on the wanted list.
“Because these are the people who are responsible for decisions that are actually an outrage against historical memory, and these are the people who take hostile actions towards both historical memory and our country,” Peskov said.
Let us remind you that earlier it became known that Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, as well as Estonian Secretary of State Taimar Peterkop, were put on the wanted list in Russia.
It is not specified under what specific article they are being sought and brought to justice.
